Pilot Captain

As a Pilot within our Aviation team, you will be responsible for operating aircraft and ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of passengers, cargo, or both. You will adhere to aviation regulations, perform pre-flight and post-flight inspections, and manage all aspects of flight operations. Working closely with air traffic control and other crew members, you will ensure a smooth and safe journey. This role provides an opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team and contribute to the safety and efficiency of our operations.

Job Responsibilities:

 Review flight plans, weather conditions, and aircraft performance data to ensure a safe and efficient flight.  Make necessary adjustments to routes and altitudes as needed. Conduct thorough inspections of the aircraft to ensure it is in optimal condition for flight. Verify fuel levels, check instruments, and ensure all safety equipment is operational. Pilot the aircraft during takeoff, flight, and landing. Monitor instruments and systems to ensure the aircraft is functioning properly and make adjustments as necessary. Maintain clear and effective communication with air traffic control, ground crew, and cabin crew. P  Adhere to all aviation regulations and safety protocols. Respond to emergencies and unusual situations with calm and decisive action.  Complete post-flight inspections and documentation.  Report any maintenance issues or irregularities to the appropriate personnel. Participate in ongoing training and certification programs to maintain and enhance piloting skills and knowledge of aviation regulations.

Required Qualifications, capabilities and skills:

Relevant flight hours and experience as required by the employer or regulatory body. Strong understanding of aviation regulations and safety procedures. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergencies effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
