Job Description

The purpose of the service consists, in the launch phase or in the serial life, in:

Detection, documentation, prioritization and enrichment of incidentsAnalysis of incidents and recommendations for handling the problemAnimation and monitoring of current subjectsGuarantee of proper documentation of incidents within its scope Analysis of customer incidents on the EE/Multimedia scope

QualificationsAutomotive product knowledge including CCS1/Connectivity design and systemKnowledge of the commercial network approachKnowledge of information systemsExpertise in diagnosis, incidentologyExpertise in operational safety and general safety of automotive productsQuality management expertise (QC Story, 5 Why, risk analysis, FMEA, PDCA)Expertise in document management and associated databasesKnowledge of the French and/or English language.
