Position Overview:
As part of the talented Thunder Jet team, you will be responsible for all activity in the rigging of all pilot boats on the pilot line. These activities will include carpet and wood installation, covering various components, rigging, and final installation of key components. All team leaders will be working with other departments to improve the quality of the product and make our building process more efficient.

+ Performs duties of carpet, wood, and rigging team members as needed
+ Installs basic hardware, electrical components, and systems.
+ Make sure all tasks are being performed in a safely manner.
+ Performs general housekeeping and maintenance.

Required Qualifications:
+ Operates and maintains hand and power tools and equipment
+ May be required to perform other duties as needed.
+ Ability to stand, bend, and stoop for 10+ hour shifts.
+ Ability to follow established safety processes.
+ Detailed and organized.
+ Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Working knowledge of a variety of hand/power tools
+ Self starter, team player with a good safety awareness
+ High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

+ While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to talk, hear, see, sit
+ The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, climb, balance, and use arms and hands to reach, pull, push, clasp, and move a variety of materials.
+ The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
+ The noise level in moderate to high in the manufacturing setting.
The anticipated pay range for this position is **_$21.75-$22.75, hourly._** The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location.
At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate’s qualifications and the business context.
