This role is accountable for gathering, structuring, entering, monitoring, and maintaining core product data to ensure compliance with applicable policies and data integrity requirements. The PIM Administrator interacts cross-functionally with Merchandising, Compliance, and Information Technology teams. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Builds products based on company guidelines and a customer-first mindset • Improves product presentation, including descriptions, key features, photography, and restriction codes • Works with vendors to gather relevant product content • Maintains site integrity by executing daily content refreshes • Coordinates with Merchandising, Compliance, and Information Technology teams to ensure promotional readiness • Analyzes data daily to optimize the customer experience and takes action to improve conversion rate • Creates, maintains, and improves the item master database by reviewing item requests, creating new items, and adjusting the settings of existing items in a timely manner • Proactively monitors and controls data quality • Works with business process owners in defining standard operating procedures, process flows, and related documentation for all master data · All other duties as requested by the Manager Benefits / Perks: Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Employee Discounts Life Insurance 401K w/ Employer Match Employee Stock Purchase Plan Supplemental Insurance - STD, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnification & Volunteer Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program On-site Gym Facility Employee Appreciation Activities Sportsman’s Warehouse is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Requirements Desired Education and Experience: · High School Diploma or GED required · 6 months of experience in marketing, merchandising, and/or eCommerce preferred · Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) · Professional communication skills, both written and verbal · Effective team skills – collaborative working style · Demonstrates great analytical and problem-solving skills · Proficiency in Oracle or SAP systems preferred Apply Now!
