Experience in the customer service sector, in areas such as real estate or insurance, craft business or call centers carry an advantage Completed trainings for commercial or technical qualifications (e.g., roofers, heating, air conditioning and plumbers, bricklayers, electricians, etc.) Strong communication skills on the telephone and support for customers Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point) Ability to work independently, carrying solid organizational skills (Dispositional skills) Very good knowledge of Italian and English, both spoken and written
