Kubricky Construction Corporation is seeking a reliable individual for a position as a PIPE FOREPERSON to join a dedicated and hard-working team in Wilton Campus. Upon acceptance of offer, we will coordinate new hire paperwork and pre-employment substance abuse screening (Drug Free Employer). **Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:** + Ensure the safety of the work environment at all times by complying with Safety policies, rules and regulations + Manage work crews and ensure assigned tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and per job specifications + Plan and coordinate daily operations in conjunction with project Superintendent including scheduling, materials ordering/inventory, and equipment needs/maintenance + Report labor, equipment and materials used + Analyze and report actual costs to budget + Communicate with other parties on the project including Superintendent, Project Manager, Engineers, Inspectors, Vendors and Construction Managers + Train employees in proper and safe procedures, leading by example + Read plans and specifications (application rates, grades, slope, drainage, etc.) **Required Qualifications:** + 5+ years of progressive construction experience + OSHA 10 (OHSA 30 preferred) + Must past post-offer drug screening and be subject to random, post-incident/accident and reasonable suspicion testing (Drug Free Employer) + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Ability to travel out of town to worksites throughout NY and VT is required including night and weekend work as required + Proven leadership and supervisory abilities + Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation to report to work on time with record acceptable under company's insurance + Ability to rapidly learn computer and software applications for record keeping and reporting **Compensation:** Competitive wage commensurate with experience.
