**Job Title: Pipe Welder** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Pipe Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welding a variety of metal surfaces or pipes using various types of welding equipment. You will weld shell plating, fabricated cast, or forged components according to specifications for vessels, tanks, or other structural assemblies. Additional tasks may be assigned as needed. **Responsibilities** + Set up tools, welding equipment, and supplies at job site. + Burn pipe or penetrations. + Tack and weld pipe. + Clean weld area, sweep, and remove scrap. + Perform other related tasks relevant to the trade. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in 6G welding, Flux core, MIG, and Stick welding. + Experience with structural welding, pipe welding, and fabrication. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Knowledge of copper nickel and steel welding. + Proficient in flat, vertical, overhead, and horizontal ARC, SMAW, Flux-Core, TIG welding, and Air Arc skills. + Minimum of three years of welding experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Must pass weld plate test in all positions and pipe test on 6G restricted fix position using FCAW and GTAW processes. + Certification to operate high-reaching equipment. + Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces. + Availability to work any shift. + Ability to hear warning signals and comprehend safety instructions, regulations, and warnings. **Why Work Here?** Join our team and work in a supportive and dynamic environment where your skills and expertise will be valued.
