Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pipe Welder with expertise in Carbon Steel (CS) welding to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding techniques, safety protocols, and quality control measures. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: + Perform welding operations on carbon steel pipes. + Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols to determine welding requirements. + Set up and operate welding equipment, including power sources, torches, and wire feeders. + Inspect welded joints to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. + Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and tools. + Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. + Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time and within budget. + Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Qualifications: + High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in welding preferred. + Minimum of 3 years of experience in pipe welding, specifically with carbon steel. + Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. + Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Good communication and interpersonal skills. + Must comply with Nova Group’s core values for the safe and efficient operation of the business and maintain sound relationships among and with employees.
