Ferguson is currently seeking a **Pipe Yard Manager** to join our Aurora Distribution Center team!
**This position is** **responsible for all shifts, but will typically work the 1st shift schedule.**
**Responsibilities**
+ Maintain and develop a productive pipe yard by hiring, training and providing professional development for all of its associates
+ Supervise and coordinate unloading and stocking of inbound shipments and the picking and shipping of outbound orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness with both product and paperwork
+ Ensure pipe yard space is used effectively and kept clean and orderly
+ Ensure integrity of inventory and confirm that cycle counts are completed
+ Maintain security of pipe yard and safety of all associates and equipment, reporting any accidents and conveying any issues to branch management
**Qualifications**
+ A strong background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory is required
+ 3-5+ years of warehouse or pipe yard management or supervisory experience preferred
+ Material Handling Equipment Certification
+ Valid Class B CDL license is preferred
+ Proficient in OSHA and DOT regulations
+ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately in order to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as required

**Pay Range:**

$4,743.90 - $10,436.80
