**Hiring Sprinkler Fitter in Lancaster** **Pay up to $25/hr** **Job Summary** : We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Sprinkler Fitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have some experience in construction and be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing sprinkler systems in commercial buildings. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. **Key Responsibilitie** s: + Install, maintain, and repair commercial sprinkler systems according to specifications and building codes. + Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. + Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure systems are functioning properly. + Troubleshoot and resolve issues with sprinkler systems. + Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure seamless integration of sprinkler systems. + Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations. + Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. + Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients. **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus. + Minimum of (X) years of experience in sprinkler fitting or a related field. + Proven experience in construction, with a focus on sprinkler systems. + Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
