**Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Pipe Fabrication** : + Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes according to project blueprints and specifications. + Fabricate complex piping systems using various tools such as pipe benders, cutting machines, and welding equipment. 1. **Welding and Fitting** : + Weld, assemble, and secure pipes and fittings using welding techniques like TIG, MIG, or stick welding. + Ensure that all joints are tight, secure, and free from leaks by performing welds or using appropriate sealants. 1. **Blueprint Interpretation** : + Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications to determine pipe dimensions and layout. + Use blueprints to ensure proper pipe sizes and types are selected for the job. 1. **System Testing** : + Conduct pressure and leak tests on fabricated piping systems to ensure they meet industry standards and are ready for transport or installation. + Inspect and troubleshoot fabricated systems for quality assurance and performance issues. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
