Summary You will serve as a PIPEFITTER LEADER in the PRODUCTION DIVISION DEPARTMENT of NAVFAC ENGINEERING CMD MID-ATLANTIC. Responsibilities You will perform preventative maintenance, install, modify, and repair high-pressure and low-pressure piping systems. You will adjust, repair, and replace valves of various types. You will plan and lay out the installation, modification, and repair of piping systems and equipment. You will use work orders, building plans, blueprints, GIS drawings, and piping diagrams to complete assigned work. You will follow prescribed safety procedures and environmental control safeguards. You will report to supervisor on status and progress of work and causes for work delays. You will work with PWD Supervisors to determine which competencies and capabilities are needed to allow trade employees to effectively perform their jobs.
