As an Pipeline Estimator, your key responsibilities will be to bid specifications and drawings, ensuring that we know everything required to successfully bid and win the project.  You will also follow-up with subcontractors to ensure that bids are received, and work with the Project Management teams to follow-up on bids and budgets to close the business. Critical for success are the abilities to produce highly accurate work in a timely manner, maintain strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication skills, both oral and written, are a must. The anticipated salary range is: $126,000 ‐ $173,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

What it takes?

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (equivalent years of related experience also acceptable)Typically requires 5-10 years of experience Estimating Civil and Pipeline workMust possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record as determined by Michels Review TeamNegotiations experienceExperience with B2W and MS Excel a plusWillingness to travel 10%
