Airswift has been tasked by one of our major Oil and Gas clients to seek a Piping Designer I to work on an initial 12-month contract in Borger, TX with benefits. 

Job Overview:  Creating and revising Piping drawings throughout the design and MOC processes Assembling Piping design packages that will be utilized for construction purposes Providing design assistance throughout all phases of projects Tracking and reporting progress for current and future Piping Projects Qualifications:  AAS Degree or 2+ years of equivalent craft / designer work 3 years of experience in Piping Design role In depth knowledge of Piping standards, methods, and practices Experience with utilizing 3D modeling and point cloud workflows Must be able to work safely in an office and refinery environment Must be able to carry 50lbs Must be able to perform field walk downs Must be able to work both individually and on a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Software/Hardware Qualifications (Required): AutoCAD (or equivalent) CADWorx Plant (or equivalent) Basic computer/PC skills Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Worked in a similar capacity in a previous role. Worked in a similar capacity in similar industry (refining, petro-chemical, etc.) Preferred: Leica CloudWorx (or equivalent) Navisworks AutoCAD P3D Falcon SAP Leica
