**Job Title: Pit Crew** **Job Description** This position is responsible for mold changes for injection molding presses to support the production schedule. • Set injection molding molds in accordance with schedule. • Connect water, hot runner, initial process set-up with robot and machine • Assist Processing Technicians with minor start-up procedures and repairs • Able to perform color changes • Comply with safety program • Conduct 5S activity • Conduct material changes per Production Schedule • Maintain Pit Crew Carts for 5S and restocking • Apply oil pads to floor where needed • Maintain purge and mold change records, to be completed daily • Communicate daily issues to Pit Crew Group Leader and/or Processing Technician. • Abide by and ensure the following of all set safety standards • Complete machine Platen PM **Hard Skills** + Technical Skills + Mechanical Skills + Troubleshooting machinery + Safety (LOTO, OSHA) + Overhead crane operating **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in San Antonio, Texas. **Work Environment** Shift: 6:00pm-6:30am Sun, Mon, Tues for 2 weeks then switch to Wed, Thurs, Fri for 2 weeks Mandatory overtime as needed.
