What You'll Be Doing

Operate pit loader equipment to safely and efficiently load raw materials

Monitor material quality and communicate any inconsistencies to supervisors

Perform basic equipment inspections and preventative maintenance

Assist with stockpile management and site cleanup as needed

Follow site safety protocols and report hazards immediately

What Are We Looking For

Skilled in operating heavy equipment with focus on safety and efficiency

Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

Strong situational awareness and attention to detail

Willingness to learn and adapt to changing production demands

Physically capable of working in demanding outdoor conditions

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
