PIU Underwriter-Commercial

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Fraud Underwriter with a strong background in identifying and mitigating fraud risks across commercial insurance lines.  The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of underwriting experience with expertise in commercial auto, trucking, and specialty lines. 

Key Responsibilities include:

Investigate and assess potential fraud risks in commercial insurance policies and claims. Analyze underwriting data to detect patterns of fraudulent activity.Work closely with claims, legal, and investigative teams to mitigate fraud exposure.Develop and implement fraud detection strategies and underwriting guidelines.Ensure compliance and industry regulations and company policies.Sound decision making on actions for fraud prevention.

Ideal candidates would have strong attention to detail.  Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross functional teams.  Possess excellent communication and decision making abilities. 


 

Annual Salary

$23.40 - $45.28

The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
