Shift: This role is 1st Shift, 6:45 AM-7:00 PM

Hourly Rate: $25.00 an hour

You Will:

Report all equipment issues to managers and repair techniciansHave desire and ability to do basic troubleshooting on an automated lineEnsure all employees are trained to operate equipment properly and safely, according to manufacturer’s recommendationsAdvocate for Conagra's quality and safety standardsManage staff and work assigned for efficiency and safetyWork within a plantwide team to achieve resultsRecord/Log all production data accurately and be detailed

You Have:

Must be able to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)Ability to communicate in written and verbal formBe able stand and walk for extended periods of time, working 12 hour shifts, 3-4 weekdays a weekBe able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedlyMust be able to work and succeed in a fast paced environment and adapt to changeAware of food safety risks and escalates found risks to lead/supervisor.Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
