Welcomes and greets every customer as they enter the outletDetermine customer needs and appropriately suggest product with every customer to enhance service and meet sales goalsFollows Sonesta Service standards with every guest interactionPrepares PJ's Coffee Cafe beverages according to standards in F&B SOP ManualFollows store policy and procedures for operational flowFollows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all productsItemizes and totals check for service or totals takeout transaction on cash register and accepts paymentFollows Hotel's cash handling procedures and cash register policiesStocks and replenishes merchandise and rotates stockPerforms cleaning tasks as assigned in daily opening and/or closing duties to maintain cleanliness standardsMaximize revenue and contribute to store sales goals by reducing waste and improving profitsObserves safety and security procedures; determines appropriate action beyond guidelinesReports potentially unsafe conditionsBuild solid relationship with your ColleaguesTreats colleagues with respect and dignityTreats people with respect; keeps commitments; inspires the trust of others; works with integrity and ethically; upholds organizational values.Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
