PKI Build Engineer
BSN01: With travel to Fujitsu sites as needed by ptojects.
Our purpose is to make the world more sustainable by building trust in society through innovation. As a PKI Engineer, you will contribute to this by working collaboratively in the project team and building and configuring PKI solutions to enable services for our customer that are cost-effective.
We are looking for a PKI Engineer to work on project deliveries taking place within the secure Defence and National Security sector. You will support the delivery of highly secure network services into our customers within Defence and Central Government, performing a key role in a specialised team. You will be working with security architects and project teams to deliver a high assurance service from design to delivery.
Your experience:
You will be required to work as part of a team or alone providing PKI specialism to help define and deliver major technical projects/strategies/architectures. You should have established knowledge and skills in the following areas:
A sound and extensive knowledge of building and configuring PKI and Cryptography solutions. Experience in MS Certificate Management Services (Certification Authority, Online Responder, Network Device Enrollment (NDES) Services, Certificate Enrollment Web Services (CEP/CES), Active Directory Domain Services and certificate management solutions. Expert level experience in SSL certificate management concepts, processes, solution management and tools including OpenSSL and Certutil. Hardware security module (HSM) technology and Key Management Server (KMS) technology. Direct experience with Thales HSM platforms is highly desirable. Expert level experience in cloud solution development with Azure or AWS architectures as is related to PKI management. Some experience of low-level design (LLD) of Cryptography & PKI solutions is desirable. Adept in multi-tasking across project delivery, and service BAU. Get things done attitude, able to take ownership and responsibility, makes quick decisions and team player, able to communicate calmly and concisely with multiple stakeholders, willing to share knowledge.
