The PL/SQL will be responsible for coding and modifying websites and web applications, from layout to function and according to a client's specifications.
**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **PL/SQL Developer** to join our IT team. This position will be **full-time, remote, and is a contract position** for 12 months with a possible extension.
**Remote but must live an hour away to attend occasional meetings.**

**What You'll Do**
+ Participate in requirements analysis
+ Take direction from senior developers
+ Collaborate with internal teams to produce software
+ Write clean, scalable code
+ Perform unit test and prepare applications for deployment
+ Revise, update, refactor and debug code
+ Improve existing software
+ Create documentation as required
+ Provide production support
+ Provide third tier support to the help desk on assigned weekends and holidays if needed
+ Ability to work remotely and/or on-site
**What You'll Need**
+ 5 years or more of proven experience as a PL/SQL Application Developer using Toad, SQL
+ Ability to create views, packages, functions, and stored procedures
+ Ability to work with collections
+ Ability to work with async processes
+ Interpret execution plans and optimize queries and functions
+ Ability to create complex DML and debug
+ Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
+ Attention to detail is of the utmost importance
+ BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience with at least 5 years of development experience
**Physical Demands**
+ Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
+ Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
+ Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
