Job description
Infosys is seeking for a PL/SQL developer with Health care, Facets and Informatica Developer. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty; be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.
Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located at or within commuting distance of Tempe, AZ, Hartford, CT, Raleigh, NC, Richardson, TX , Indianapolis, IN or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 6 years of Information Technology experience.Must have at least 4+ year of Informatica, PL/SQL experience.Very Good understanding of Healthcare Payer Domain with Knowledge of Claims, Membership, Billing, Provider, Capitation and UM modules in TriZetto Facets.Proficient in all aspects of Data profiling and data modeling and ETL skills.Should have understanding of data warehousing concepts.Should be able to troubleshoot API integration code.Should be familiar with Github and other source control tools.Very Good understanding of Healthcare Payer Domain with Knowledge of Claims, Membership, Billing, Provider, Capitation and UM modules in TriZetto Facets.Very good understanding of Facets Data Model and Facets Core Batch Jobs.Exposure to facets Extension development.Exposure to other TriZetto suite of applications like MEET, HIPAA Gateway, Elements and ISL web Services.Develop customized solutions to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements and company goals.Manage daily support and maintenance and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements.Communicate with project managers, clients and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment.Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully.Interact directly with clients, managers and end users as necessary to analyze project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customized applications.A highly skilled Facets developer with good PL/SQL database experience is required.Experience in developing applications using PL/SQL with ETL and .NET technologies.Work as a member of development team with hand-on programming and design skills.Mentor 2 to 4 development team members on a need basis and technically drive them towards results.Ability to work in global delivery model and coordination with offshore teams involved in project.All applicants authorized to work in the United States are encouraged to apply
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong Knowledge in Oracle PL/SQL and Stored Procedure development.Strong Informatica Development Skils with experience in Informatica 10.1 or higher is preferred.Very Good Knowledge in Oracle PL/SQL and Stored Procedure development.Very good understanding of Facets Data Model and Facets Core Batch Jobs.Develop customized solutions to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements and company goals.Manage daily support and maintenance and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements.Communicate with project managers, clients and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment.Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully.Interact directly with clients, managers and end users as necessary to analyze project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customized applications.Work as a member of development team with hand-on programming and design skills.Experience on application design, file structures, coding practices, quality assurance and documentation.Experience in Unix, Python, Java is a plus. Experience of Healthcare EDI is a plus.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
