Your Role:

We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our project team as Key User for the Pl2PP Stream in the Project RISE. During the project phase, you will represent the Wiesbaden plant in the Pl2PP Stream, which will involve regular travel to Asia and/or the USA. Your primary objective will be to ensure a smooth transition to continuous operational production planning amid the ERP system changes. A strong emphasis on teamwork, exceptional collaboration skills, and the desire to challenge boundaries are essential. Following the project, you will transition to the local Supply Chain Planning team in Wiesbaden, where you will take on crucial operational tasks. We are also seeking someone eager to develop skills in supporting and representing the Local Head of Supply Chain Planning in Wiesbaden.

 

You will implement new processes in Production Planning. As a change agent, you will lead the local implementation of the new planning process in close collaboration with the Local Head of Supply Chain Planning. This role will require you to identify and analyze new requirements while actively engaging in hands-on problem-solving. Your responsibilities will include facilitating workshops, conducting testing, validating data, and managing various change request activities. Moreover, you will act as a liaison between the Wiesbaden local business and Process Excellence, and you will be responsible for end-user training and first-level support.

 

Who You Are:

Successfully completed a bachelor’s degree (master’s degree is a plus) in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fieldsProven project management experience with a track record of successRelevant work experience in Integrated Supply Chain as well as good understanding of production planning processesProficient in IT tools such as SAP QUATTRO and MS OfficeStrong communication skills to engage with inter-divisional stakeholders in both English and German, both written and verbalExcellent organizational skillsHigh resilience and cultural openness
