Job Description:

We’re looking for a Plan Amendment Process Analyst to join our team at MBPS. In this role, you are responsible in completing all requests / transactions efficiently and accurately to meet the Service Levels set by the management with the Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities:

​Process and analyze transactions in line with the Service Level Agreement set with the Business Unit.

Attain Mastery of Business Unit Policies governing the transactions being processed.

Report all system issues that may affect the operations. 

Qualifications:

At least 2 yrs in College ; preferably graduate of any business-related course.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Excellent typing skills

Good written skills and good verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Accuracy and keen attention to details

Knowledge in US Retirement Products is a plus
