We’re focused on driving the maximum value for our people, our capabilities and our media investments for some of the world’s leading brands. **Job Description** The Content Planner manages the day-to-day execution of content campaigns, reporting to your direct manager(s). The role will activate content, strategic content plan development, and all aspects of implementation. We are looking for someone who is creative, and passionate about the industry with a strong desire to do good work and bring forth new and innovative thinking. This person will collaborate with top partners - media, content, production, agency partners - to create best in class custom content programs. + Collaborative, a true team player that will work well with internal and external teams + Campaign steward; Act as a key liaison between Strategy, Investment, Vendor, Inter-Agency Partner, and Client teams for custom content campaigns + Assist in managing the campaign development and evaluation process reviews + Own the campaign details and drive effectiveness + End-to-end management of assigned content programs – including but not limited to concepting, tactical negotiations & kickoff/deployment/optimization, under the guidance of manager and in alignment with expectations set forth upon project briefing + Detail oriented and able to creatively assess concepts and assets to ensure it is brand safe, aligned with the brand equity and withincreative guidelines + Manage and maintain ongoing communications and have working knowledge of content partners and core offerings. Meet with & vet new partners, participate in team partner meetings + Partnership Development + Partner with team and/or publishers to create and publish clear timelines, with key dates identifying stakeholders and owners for all steps. + Initiate and manage ongoing program status meetings, including scheduling, agenda & recap notes for all assigned discussion + Work in tandem with content team to achieve long-term partner growth goals + Execution + Assist in the development and implementation of campaigns, activations, and initiatives + Maintain current knowledge of performance and recent optimizations for all assigned programs; partner with marketplace, internal investment, and analytics to secure information as necessary + Support content campaign management, including but not limited to strategic recommendations, contracting, content development management, quality assurance, FTC compliance and governance, performance monitoring, and reporting + Legal & Business Affairs + Liaise with teams and vendors to draft and manage all SOWs and agreements **Qualifications** + 2-3+ years in media agency, influencer, content, or marketing field + Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) plus superior organization skills + Detail-oriented: able to prioritize and juggle many projects and deliverables simultaneously + Highly collaborative team player capable of working across clients, partners, and internal teams + Strong client relations skills and ability to strategically think from a client’s perspective + Ability to think conceptually and to translate concepts into actionable plans to drive clients’ businesses forward + Conceptual and forward-thinking: comfortable in an ambiguous environment and excited about inventing new ways of working + Analytical: capable of using metrics to make sound performance recommendations + Self-starter who is able to independently drive projects + Eager to brainstorm new, and developing creative approaches to campaigns + Keep abreast of culture, emerging trends, and technologies + You should be aware of: + Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) + Social platforms (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, Snapchat) + Google Suite (Google Docs, Google PowerPoint, Google Meet, etc.) **Additional Information** Compensation Range: $51,000 - $62,400 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
