Get to Know the Role
As an Integrated Marketing Solutions Specialist, you will help develop high-impact marketing campaigns that inspire client success. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Ads, Marketing, Partnerships, GrabGift, Food, Mart, and Mobility to create compelling, data-driven solutions that deliver measurable results. You will report to Head, GrabAds & Marketing Services and work on site base in Bangkok Office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
Strategic Campaign DevelopmentAnalyze briefs from the Sales Team (Client Partners) to understand client goals, and goals.Design customized, proposals that align with client needs.Create end-to-end campaign planning, including GrabAds media plans, marketing plans, creative concepts, and integrated OneGrab solutions.Campaign ExecutionEnsure on-time and seamless execution of marketing campaigns.Coordinate with Grab's marketing team, external vendors, and internal team member to deliver campaigns as planned.Market & Consumer InsightsConduct in-depth research on consumer behavior and market trends to strengthen campaign effectiveness.Use data-driven insights to ensure all implementation align with the broader marketing strategy.Digital & Media Strategy ExpertiseUnderstand and apply digital communication strategy and online media planning principles.Have a grasp of GrabAds solutions and how they fit into the larger advertising ecosystem.Presentation & Client EngagementDevelop compelling, visually engaging presentation decks to communicate campaign strategies.Participate in client meetings alongside the Sales Team, offering expert consultation and addressing important inquiries.QualificationsWhat Essential Skills You Will Need
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.2 or more years of experience in Media Planner or Strategic Planner role within agencies.Proven track record in new business acquisition and client pitching.Experience researching and generating leads with a logical.Proficiency in project management.Hands-on experience in marketing campaign execution, including: on-ground activations, social media content, KOL management, and video/photo production.Advanced presentation and pitching skills with the ability to deliver compelling narratives.Strong grasp of industry trends and market dynamics to drive impactful strategies.Fluent in both Thai and English, with excellent speaking and writing skills.Additional Information
