How you will contribute to our magical experience?:
The Analyst, Planner, Marketing Media Strategy will be responsible for assisting, supporting, and providing operational support to the entire Media team in the implementation of local and LATAM media plans across different Lines of Business (LOBs).
The Analyst, Planner, Marketing Media Strategy will be responsible for:
Receiving material requests for each approved media plan.Creating Makelists in Airtable and requesting the development of offline media assets (OOH, Radio, Open TV, Cable TV, Cinema, etc.).Providing high-quality materials to the different teams involved to ensure the correct implementation of offline media campaigns.Collaborating in monitoring the execution of offline paid media plans to ensure proper and timely implementation, in continuous coordination with the involved teams.Requesting and coordinating with the Operations team for the production and printing of OOH materials for plan implementation.Assisting in the development of Creative Briefs based on the strategies outlined in the paid media plans.Tasks applicable to Argentina and/or Chile and/or Colombia and/or Peru and/or Uruguay.What we need from you to be part of this story:
1+ years of experience in similar positions.Knowledge of Coupa and SAP systems (preferred).Intermediate level of English is required.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Creation and tracking of Shopping Carts based on approved plans.Receiving and sending POs to suppliers.Receiving invoices from suppliers.Sending and following up on billing with the involved teams.Vendor registration and extension management via tickets and platforms.Responding to Vendor inquiries and generating tickets to resolve those inquiries.Tasks applicable to Argentina and/or Chile and/or Colombia.Maintaining relationships with other teams to coordinate efforts and ensure the correct implementation of offline media campaigns.Following up with creative, media, and operations teams.Additional Information:
