Job Description

About the Job: Reporting to the Team Lead, Studio & Content Production, the Planner, Studio & Content Production is responsible for managing the flow of work and resources across the Visual Production and Content & Localization teams for Menswear, Womenswear, and/or Everything Else product categories. This role plays a key part in planning, scheduling, and problem-solving, ensuring the smooth execution of assets and content creation across multiple languages for e-commerce. The focus is on developing effective planning practices to help the Studio meet production goals while maintaining SSENSE’s operational and quality standards. A highly collaborative role, the Planner will work closely with various Studio teams, using strong communication and leadership skills to influence and motivate others toward achieving performance targets.

 

 What you will do:

Execute the production plan based on business requirements set by Studio leadershipPrioritize product production using both quantitative and qualitative success metrics across Menswear, Womenswear, and Everything Else categoriesCoordinate and delegate tasks by creating and maintaining detailed production schedules for visual production, content, and localization teamsSupport the Team Lead with onboarding tasks, including coaching and training new team members on Studio production tools and guidelinesContribute to business initiatives aimed at improving daily operations, productivity, communication, and overall workflow, focusing on quality, production processes, and tool standardization

Qualifications3-5 years of experience in a coordination or logistics role, preferably within fashion, e-commerce, or the creative industryComfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Suite (especially Excel and Google Sheets)Solid understanding of performance metrics, content production processes, and online merchandising strategiesFamiliar with scheduling, tracking, and managing assets and projects using various tools
