Key Accountabilities
Manage customer order/forecast to ensure 100% on time delivery and avoid premium freight Makes long term plan for production (monthly/yearly production plan based on customer demand)Make daily production plan based on customer demands/material status/line capacity/working time/HC.Make WO in system and send to production line and follow up.Production progress follow up, to ensure production schedule is implemented timelyPlace PO in system and send to supplier and get confirmation.Follow up the daily delivery from local suppliers and meet production needs Regularly check the material status for safety stock items.Material stock check and control to the target levelMaintain accurate planning parameter in the R12 system and ASCP set upAnalysis of the planning system to drive continuous improvement and waste reductionWork closely with other relate departments such as manufacturing, QA, purchasing etc. to tracking production and delivery progress; initiative coordinate and to solving the issues which impact shipment requirements.Other tasks from PMC Manager.Key Qualifications & Requirements
Education Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree or above with major in Supply Chain or related is preferred.Technical Competence & Skills:
Good at S&OP, MRP, Forecast analysis and Inventory management skills.Good team spirit and positive attitude to approach work.Excellent communication, coordination, planning and execution skills.Familiar with Oracle system, a strong sense of responsibility, self-motivatedKnow about RPA process is preferredLeadership Competence:
Strong Planning/organizing/analysis skills.Self-motivated and result oriented, with team work sprit.Relevant Experience:
At least 5 years’ experience in production control and material planning management experience in WOFE environments. auto industry is preferred.Others (% of travel, language, etc.):
