Creation Technologies is seeking a Planner in its Albuquerque location. This position plays a critical role within our Customer Focus Team (CFT) at the Business Unit (BU) level, ensuring material availability and optimizing inventory levels to support forecasted revenue and manufacturing plans. This position requires close collaboration with the BU Supply Chain Director, BU Planning Manager, Buyers, and cross-functional teams to meet customer demands, internal supply chain objectives, and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Review Bill of Materials (BOM) as part of the Quote of Award (QoA) and Engineering Change Order (ECO) processes.Manage all demand management-related additions and changes in the ERP system.Evaluate, analyze, and communicate with customers regarding PPV/CPV approval.Review requisition releases and take necessary actions to support material procurement.Conduct Clear Build Analysis and track material availability by project, including identifying the last part in-house.Identify material priorities for Buyers, ensuring timely execution of material plans and expedites.Address supply-related issues in collaboration with the MRB team.Liaise with cross-functional and global teams to ensure smooth material flow and resolve any supply chain challenges.Monitor and manage customer inventory levels, including targets, turns, projections, and inventory optimization.Review and manage strategic material plans, including Safety Stock, Plan for Every Part, and other initiatives.Ensure compliance with customer MSAs regarding E&O, Inventory Turns, PPV Recovery, and related supply chain responsibilities.Manage end-of-life (EOL) programs, including part/project end-of-life, last-time buys, and ECO implementation.Communicate material shortages and delays, as well as supplier order status, to Program Management.Conduct What-If scenario planning and manage MRP demand data, including forecast and waterfall analysis.Create or direct the creation of work orders for production.Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Commerce, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).Minimum of 1 year of experience in Supply Chain or a related field.Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.Proficient in using Windows-based operating systems and related software.Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, data filters) and PowerPoint.Experience with ERP systems within a Supply Chain environment, including planning, inventory control, and purchasing.Excellent organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.Self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to work well under pressure.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to interpret technical instructions and deal with complex variables.Previous planning experience in the electronics industry (preferred).Experience with Oracle ERP (desired; other ERP experience may be substituted).Lean Supply Chain experience (beneficial).Experience with Kinaxis/Rapid Response (beneficial).
