As a Global Crew Planner at Mammoet, you will play a key role in ensuring that our world-class crane crews are in the right place at the right time. You will oversee global crew logistics, manage training requirements, and contribute to operational excellence. In this role, you will be working with Mammoet’s extensive fleet of Global Cranes, including the SK190/350/6000, PTC140/150/200/210DS, PT50, PTC35DS, FOCUS30, LR13000, LR12500, CC12600. WAT JE GAAT DOEN Managing the scheduling and deployment of highly skilled field personnel for global crane projects; Acting as the primary point of contact for global crew members; Coordinating all logistics related to crew mobilization and demobilization; Ensuring optimal resource utilization to meet customer expectations; Collaborating closely with regional business units, project managers, and operations teams; Overseeing training and certification processes in partnership with Mammoet Academy; Supporting succession planning and conducting performance assessments and end year appraisals; Visiting project locations worldwide as part of leadership visibility initiatives; Promoting and driving a strong safety culture through compliance with SHEQ standards; WAT JE NODIG HEBT MBO degree (MBO3/ MBO4) in logistics or a technical discipline; 3 years of relevant experience in crew planning, logistics, or operations coordination; Fluency in English (written and spoken); Strong communication and relationship-building skills; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment; A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a “never give up” attitude; Leadership qualities, including coaching and mentoring abilities; Experience with planning software and MS Office Suite.
