Mobileye seeks a Planner for its Maintenance Department to oversee and coordinate all maintenance and preventive maintenance activities across the campus, ensuring efficient operation of office facilities. This role involves collaborating with suppliers, contractors, internal teams, and other stakeholders to plan and manage routine and special maintenance tasks effectively.What will your job look like:Overseeing the planning and coordination of preventive and routine maintenance for company facilitiesCreating and implementing maintenance plans for critical systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire detectionMonitoring performance, generating detailed reports, tracking progress, and managing maintenance budgetsStrategically scheduling maintenance tasks for buildings and systems across the campusBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with external contractors and suppliersAligning maintenance activities with requests and priorities from managers and internal teamsStreamlining maintenance processes and recommending improvements for enhanced efficiencyMinimizing downtime and operational disruptions through effective maintenance managementAssisting project managers with expertise and support on maintenance-related initiativesAll you need is:Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related fieldProven experience in facility or building maintenance, or campus managementExpertise in planning and optimizing maintenance systemsStrong project management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneouslyFamiliarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is a plusKnowledge and hands-on experience in planning and executing preventive maintenanceExceptional organizational skills with the ability to perform under pressureProficiency in Office applications, including the ability to create reports and presentationsExcellent interpersonal skills with experience in managing supplier relationships and negotiations
