Qualifications You Must Have:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field of study and typically 0-2 years of relevant experienceA higher level degree may substitute for experienceRelated experience may be considered in lieu of required educationRelevant experience must be in a similar role or technical position such as structural or electrical/avionics technician or quality control inspectorExperience in performing or interpreting installations using engineering drawings, schematics, and/or technical documentationExperience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and interpretation or creation of work instructionsExposure to engineering design change control processesStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilities

Qualifications We Prefer:

Experience with Program ManagementTechnical/Engineering degreeStrong understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) as it applies to Supplier ManagementExperience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and /or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) SystemsBackground in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, the US Department of Defense or US MilitaryFamiliarity in applying and interpreting Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) per ASME Y14.5Knowledge of industry standard design principles, to include, but not limited to parametric design, model-based definition, material hardware selection, manufacturing and production processesFamiliarity with work instruction/traveler developmentFamiliarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and practices.Participation in dispositions of Non-Conformance generation through a Material Review Board (MRB)Experience with new product introduction and transition to productionExposure to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Manufacturing Execution System (MES), and Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) systemsExperience with creating work instructions within a Manufacturing Execution SystemExperience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and/or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems
