This program is designed to give you an opportunity to deep dive into various aspects of the enterprise, specifically focusing on gaining a high-level understanding of both Material and Production Planning. The aim is to equip you with comprehensive knowledge of SNC's (Sierra Nevada Company) processes and procedures.
Throughout this program, you will be guided through a series of modules that cover key areas of Material and Production Planning. You will learn about the strategies, tools, and methodologies used within the company to ensure efficient and effective planning. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field of study and typically 2+ years of relevant experienceA higher level degree may substitute for experienceRelated experience may be considered in lieu of required educationExperience with the engineering change processKnowledge of master production planningBasic understanding of technical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, manuals and/or publicationsFamiliarity with applicable manufacturing drawingsThe ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is requiredQualifications We Prefer:

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $64,853.15 - $89,173.08.
