**Key Responsibilities**
+ **Strategy & Entitlement:** Execute strategy to monitor and garner appropriate service parts fill rate in line with company strategy and customer entitlement. Master demand forecast methodology to apply service parts planning BKM’s and facilitate excellent inventory control & management performance.
+ **Spares Readiness:** Utilize project management skills to support Service Agreement & Ramp Site Planning including inventory preparation to meet business ramp.
+ **Root Cause & Corrective Action** : Apply excellent analytical skills to conduct root cause and corrective action for service parts fill rate misses or excess inventory
+ **KPI Management & Communication** : Manage internal/external Planning KPI and reporting.
+ **Planning Systems & Dashboards** : Proficient in planning systems, inventory optimization, and data visualization tools.
**Required Skills and Abilities:**
+ Semiconductor experience strongly preferred (particularly in planning or supply chain related).
+ Thorough functional and transactional knowledge of ERP or supply chain systems (SAP, SPP).
+ Self-starter, high level of personal accountability, demonstrated project management skills, and an innovative individual.
+ Strong communication and negotiation skills to work with internal and external contacts at various levels within organizations to represent the team professionally.
+ Ability to align people to a common goal and to think and react in a fast-paced and changing environment.
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to evaluate and analyze data to enable operational decision-making or present clear recommendations to leadership. (Experience in Tableau, SQL, or Python will be preferred).
+ Possess an entrepreneurial spirit of winning and demonstrate effective contributions in a team environment.
+ Precision and clarity in communications: verbal, written, and graphical data presentation.
**Education/Experience:**
+ BA/BS college degree required or its equivalent, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management preferred.
+ At least five years of inventory management, supply planning, material planning, or demand planning experience
+ APICS or other forecasting, Planning, and Procurement certification preferred.

+ Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines
