Project Planner/Scheduler
We are looking for the motivated Project Planner/Scheduler who together with HONEYWELL team will be responsible for planning, organizing, and scheduling project activities on significant project located in Nysa, Poland. Our Project Planner is going to work closely with Project Managers responsible for particular work packages, reporting directly to Project Director. The main goal is to deliver detailed project plans, defining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements to ensure smooth implementation of project. As a construction planner, you’ll work with a wide range of people including designer, installers and customer representatives.

Tasks
Planning, coordination and monitoring of construction projects progressPreparation of detailed schedules (Ms Project) to finalize project as efficiently as possibleEnsuring that the project meets the client's objectives and timelinesManaging project schedules to ensure it is finished on time and within budgetPreparation of detailed Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)Quality control and quality assurance including regular site inspectionsCoordination with other team members including engineers and site coordinatorsCommunicating with Client and Honeywell Team membersQualifications
Perfect knowledge of scheduling tools (Ms Project or Primavera)Previous experience on Workface Planning would be great advantageAvailability to work with multiple schedules in parallelGood understanding of construction process – must haveKnowledge of Electrical/LV/HVAC installations desirable Capability to break down the project into smaller, manageable components or work packages.Create a hierarchical structure to represent the various tasks and subtasks.Experience with resource loaded schedulesKnowledge of English language min. B1Great understanding of planning methods (incl. CPM)Able to work on the daily basis with multiple stakeholders and contractors,Excellent verbal communication skillsAbility to attend frequent meetings with a customer and subcontractorsOur offer
