Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) to align demand forecasts with supply capabilities. Develop and manage the demand and supply plan, including production and component planning. Oversee spares planning to ensure availability while optimizing costs. Conduct supply and demand (S/D) matching, ensuring appropriate inventory positioning and transfers. Manage Finished Goods Inventory (FGI) availability and end-of-quarter planning. Act as the business lead for MRP (Material Requirements Planning) processes and systems. Define and standardize purchasing and procurement processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance. Develop toolkits, policies, and procedures to improve supply chain performance. Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance planning, procurement, and inventory management Develop data-driven reporting to track key inventory and supply chain metrics. Leverage analytics tools and Oracle systems to optimize inventory planning and procurement decisions. Identify trends and insights to improve forecast accuracy and inventory efficiency. Present reports and recommendations to senior leadership for strategic decision-making. Track and manage inventory projections, including scrap, in-transit, and warehouse stock. Optimize inventory levels to balance cost, availability, and risk.What You Will Bring
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Operations, or related field (master’s preferred). 10 years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or procurement. Strong expertise in S&OP, demand/supply planning, and MRP systems. Experience with Oracle ERP systems and data analytics tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex supply chain operations. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proven track record in operating and collaborating in an international organization across functional and organizational boundaries Experience with lean inventory management techniques and continuous improvement initiatives. Proficiency in advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL, or other analytics tools. *What’s In It For You
