About the Role

To ensure the preparation of management reports, forecast and budget in quality and a timely controlled manner to support management on business result and critical metric analysis and monitoring.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for the weekly production forecast and annual production budget preparation, work closely with local business functions and Group Finance. Ensure the forecast and budget are in line with business initiatives and strategic planning.Produce management reports to ensure business performances are analysed and presented to Management/Group office to facilitate business decision making on a timely basis.Core team in the Management Information System (MIS) project to provide user requirements and conduct user acceptance testings etc.Review existing management reporting processes and reports, provide recommendation on how to improve efficiency and data quality via automation.Support supervisors on strategy and business review related topics including ad hoc analysis or reports to management.

Minimum Job Requirements:

University graduate and a member of recognized professional accounting body plus 4 years relevant experience.Hands on experience in business intelligence and data management tools such as Power BI, QlikView, Tableau.Experience in Insurance or Financial Services Industry is preferred.Experience in finance transformation / MIS project is a plus.Possess strong communication skills with confidence to collaborate closely with all levels including top management and across different functionsProblem solving and analytical skills
