Planning Administrator
We’re currently looking for an Engineering Stores & Systems Administrator / Planner to join our Gadbrook manufacturing site in Northwich, Cheshire. Reporting to the Shift Manager Engineering, you will work closely with the engineering and production teams to ensure that machinery downtime is kept to a minimum and that all preventative maintenance is conducted in advance to avoid production disruption.    As our Engineering Stores & Systems Administrator, you'll be at the heart of our engineering department, your main responsibilities will include: Managing the day to day operations of the engineering stores, ensuring parts and materials are stocked, tracked and available when needed Serving as the administrator for our CMMS, ensuring accurate data input, system maintenance and reporting Overseeing contractor tracking database, ensuring compliance Monitoring and tracking the engineering budget, helping the team stay on top of spending and forecasting  Providing general administrative support to the engineering team, including document control, scheduling and system updates You will also ensure that the layout and order of the Engineering Store is optimised to ensure that held spares can be located within 90 seconds Why not take a look around one of our Manufacturing sites?
