Purpose of the Role:
As a Planning Advisor, you will act as the central customer service contact for designated customers and suppliers, providing effective support and administration related to planning and scheduling according to client requirements. You will ensure that all audit work is delivered within set KPIs, working with a competent audit team while maintaining customer satisfaction and cost-effectiveness across EMEA. Your responsibilities will include system updates, financial coordination, re-scheduling activities, attending internal and external meetings, and supporting efficiency projects.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Act as central customer service contact for nominated customers/suppliers to support planning, scheduling, and maintaining customer satisfaction.Identify, resource, book, and maintain the delivery of all audit work within the set KPIs, ensuring use of a competent audit team and cost-effective delivery inside and outside of EMEA.Re-schedule already planned activities due to internal or external factors/needs.Attend internal and external meetings related to ISA client project/programme management and delivery.Support the local finance team in credit collection efforts for debtor clients and suppliers.Requirements:
