About this team
A day in the life: Communicate and coordinate product activities for openings and optimizations with cross-functional partners such as Store Planning, Planning, Retail Operations, DC’s and LogisticsSet up core and seasonal inventory with the appropriate mix based on sales contribution, destination/fixture capacities, minimum presentations and inclusive sizingAnalysis of inventory levels (vs unit capacity and cc targets) to ensure ideal stock builds based on sales plansManage assortment and inventory parameters in Anaplan to build/adjust new store inventory packages Manage inventory levels post open; reacting to business and individual store needs in a timely and effective wayRun reporting and analyse data as needed to share insights and take action to drive the business
Qualifications:Tertiary qualification, preferably in business or commerceThis is an analytical role with lots of numbers, analytics, and systems – someone with a passion for these would thriveStrong attention to detail with the ability to design formulae that proactively validate outputs and reportsExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsKeen problem solving skills – ideally with a demonstrated confidence in creating new solutions Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel is essential (i.e. xlookup, pivot table)

About this team
As an Analyst, Planning and Inventory Management for our Exit channel, you oversee inventory management and movement for a specific portfolio of stores across APAC / China. The NSO team sets up inventory and owns inventory management for new stores. You bring an analytical product perspective into cross-functional work streams, managing inventory needs for NSO projects in a way that maximizes sales opportunities while keeping brand standards, capacity, and visual merchandising in mind.
