月度PSI /MPS的制定和监督执行根据财务预算完成每月产量规划根据订单需求，建议合理的生产计划根据公司库存要求，做好库存控制

主要职责 Main Responsibility

负责生产计划的合理编制和有效执行，确保公司预算的完成；每月组织召开月度计划会议，协调各部门的安排，保证生产计划的完成；负责每月生产订单的回顾，准时交货率和订单完成率；负责相关内部订单，确保订单按时、准确的执行

技能要求 Requirements

供应链管理或物流工程，数学等专业本科及5 年以上工作经验；具有分析、解决和发现潜在问题的能力；良好的人际沟通能力和团队合作能力；良好的管理时间技巧，掌握轻重缓急，人员管理和协调能力；良好的英语沟通（英文读写和基本口语）能力良好的Excel能力，能熟练使用基础的公式和数据处理功能（如透视表）
