Are you an experienced Planning/Supply Chain Analyst looking to join a global ASX listed organisation and take the next step in your career?
As a valued part of the Supply Chain team, your role will be to ensure the availability of our equipment to meet demand across Australia, whilst optimising network costs. Based at either our North Ryde or Rochedale office, this role reports directly to the Network Planning Manager, Supply Chain.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
Daily stock management, relocation planning and production planning for various equipment types
Managing day to day queries from the business regarding stock holdings at plants, and monitoring order requirements
Preparing short and medium term production forecasts per material at plant level, and tracking against this forecast
Preparing the weekly relocation plan required to balance equipment across the network, at the optimal timing and cost
Stakeholder management with Sales, Operations and Logistics teams
Participate in customer demand discussions to understand the demand profile, and bring this through into the supply planning, and share supply constraints into the demand profile
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, experience and qualifications:
Tertiary qualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain or a related discipline
Planning experience within supply, production or transport
Advanced Excel skills; experience in SAP required
Strong analytical and numerical skills a must
Sense of urgency, decision making skills, pressured environment, team player
Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to liaise across all levels
