Our internships are rooted in individual growth, professional development, business exposure and project ownership. Interns primarily spend their time focused on their assigned area of the business. Throughout the summer, intern program managers will host a variety of development focused activities to enhance professional development, provide exposure to all aspects of our business, and engagement events with fellow interns.

Job Summary 

Collaborating with key partners across Planning & Allocation, Warehouse, Supply Information Systems and Vendor teams. 

Executing strategies that will drive efficiencies for the organization. 

Optimizing forecasting and replenishment system to enhance current processes. 

Utilizing analytical and quantitative methods to understand, predict, and enhance supply chain procedures. 

Assembling data, analyzing performance, identifying problems, and developing recommendations which support the organization’s strategic priorities and objectives. 

 

Qualifications 

Able to work hybrid schedule in Marlborough, MA. Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.  

Actively enrolled in an undergraduate program, masters program, etc. 

Preferred Majors: Supply Chain, Analytics, Operations, Logistics, Project Management. 

Previous retail experience is a plus.  

Can-do attitude with a willingness to roll-up your sleeves and learn.   

Agile and eager to work with diverse stakeholders and tasks.  

Collaborative and able to influence without authority. 

Strong communication skills and able to work cross functionally. 

Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Email) required.
