Planning and Customer Service Manager

1. Develop and implement supply chain planning strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.

2. Collaborate with cross-fucntions including procurement, production, logistics and sales to align supply chain activities with business objectives.

3. Monitor and analy supply chain performance metrics, indentifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

4. Manage inventory level to optimize stock availability while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.

5. Lead the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process to ensure alignment between demand and supply plans.
