As a Planning Associate, the ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting the manufacturing and operational processes within the pharmaceutical division. This position involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and optimizing production efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.

What you will do:

Follow planning department processes as defined by SOPs Act in accordance with the production, packaging schedule issuing production and packaging orders and being responsible for the whole management of the process orders in the system until the stage of release and printing Control raw materials and packaging materials stock and coordinate the warehouse for the appropriate transfer of materials to Pallini’s plant and to production following the production & packaging schedule. Ensure the raw and packaging materials availability for the daily process orders Update the projection excel file which includes the open customer orders with the batches of semifinal expected to be packed and the relevant batches of final products Daily communication with production supervisor and then daily production schedule is sent to the appropriate departments (via e-mail) Communication with QC department regarding the needs and priorities for releases of raw and packaging materials, according to the production and packaging schedule
