SALARY:  $81,000 - $95,000, bonus eligible  

 

SHIFT: Assigned Shift (days, afternoons, midnights & weekends)

ROLE SUMMARY:   
The Planning Business Process Manager will help be responsible for maintaining and executing the production schedule of the Brewery. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead team consisting of salaried employees and operators, and drive employee engagement efforts. 

Responsible for the short to medium term production schedule for 4 production lines (Including 2 can lines, 1 bottle lines, and a draft line). Over 2 million barrels annual production. 

Oversee all primary and secondary material ordering and manage material vendor relations. 

Drive improvements in Wholesaler Service Level through plan attainment and collaboration with BSC and Zone Logistics Teams. 

Lead planning and execution of promotional products and new innovations, working with all operating departments. 

Utilize VPO tools to achieve KPI targets and drive sustainable results (root cause analysis, Gap Analysis, MCRS meeting schedules and action logs, 5 - Why's, PDCA and SDCA cycles, etc.). 

Ensure that Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) are being followed. 

Ensure that quality and safety standards are met. 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Science or Management discipline. 

Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation; technical and problem solving skills. 

Ability to extract, evaluate, and utilize data for process improvement from applicable systems. 

Demonstrated leadership and change management skills. 

Ability to cross-functionally move between departments and divisions. 

Flexibility and availability to work rotating shifts, overtime and weekends. 

Ability to relocate.
