TRS Staffing Solutions has an exciting new opportunity for a Planning Manager to work in the corporate office of a leading technology provider to integrated steel manufacturing. This role is based in Noida and the company works on some of the largest steel projects in the world. This is a perfect opportunity for senior level professionals to work on major projects and grow within a large company.

The ideal candidate will have:
  8-12 year experience in planning engineering for PMO department. BE Mechanical. Working experience in different reporting software like Power BI. Good Project Management skill and PMP certification is added advantage. Responsibilities: Preparation & Monitoring of individual project Schedule (L1 to L6), & tracking of critical path highlighting the key Milestones & resource mapping. Good knowledge on current ERP software’s like SAP, DYN365 etc. and planning activities in ERP project module. Familiar with Project Planning and Monitoring of EPC projects. Basic understanding of engineering & procurement tracking document like DCI, MCI etc. Good understanding & experience in Project reports like Weekly & Monthly reports/S Curves/Weightage etc. Coordinate with major project stakeholders like Project Managers, dept. heads for project targets. Work experience in Steel industry/Blast furnace projects. Good Knowledge of Engineering documents like PFD, P&ID’s, GA, Specification etc. Good Knowledge of Procurement steps from PR to PO and till delivery at site. Good Knowledge of construction activities like civil, Structural, equipment erection etc. MOM drafting skill and good communication skill.
