Responsibilities

Planning, scheduling, and monitoring of construction activities to enable the desired completion of projects. To work with various project disciplines to ensure understanding of total project schedule needs. Updating, modifying, and distributing backlog, etc., of activities in overall programs based on the resources available, preparing EOT if required or entitled. To supervise project schedule analysis and studies of problem areas to determine the criticality of schedule activities. To interface with project site management and client counterparts for specific planning and scheduling tasks. To provide comments and recommendations for planning, scheduling, and resource requirements relative to staffing and project control. Preparation of fortnightly/monthly project and progress reports. Compilation of data received from all sites on a daily/weekly/fortnightly basis, as required, into forms ready for final analysis by the top management. Maintain standards of safety and comply with the Company’s Health, Safety, and Environment Management System requirements.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in construction and infrastructure; bridges and buildings. Proficient in Primavera, MS project Application and MS Spreadsheet. Completion of University Degree, preferably in Civil Engineering.
