1. Participate in fuel cell (BPP) related simultaneous engineering projects
2. Industrialization BPP inhouse production with process & machinery experts
3. Manufacturing process design and set up according to Bosch Production System
4. Leading process-FMEA creation and maintenance for preventive quality assurance
5. Investment planning, purchasing, pre/final-acceptance and release e.g. machines, tools
6. Quality tools and method set up and implementation in shopfloor e.g. early warning system
7. Control plan and work instruction creation (e.g. standard operation instruction, safety instruction)
8. Work instruction and quality tools & method training to shopfloor employees (e.g. setter, operator)

- 3 years+ manufacturing experience, with Chemical / mechanical / AOI background
- Good English communication & problem-solving (German as plus)
- Willing to learn new things and flexible
